I've been wearing Holofiber from top of my head to my toes for about 10 years, and could not live without it! I even wrap my head in a Holofiber T-shirt on cold nights.
Just have to tell you this:
I'm 77 years old. I had hernia surgery on November 30, 2011, (same day surgery) . I was determined I would have NO pain following surgery. I had ordered a new pair of tights, which I took with me to the hospital and also had a Holofiber T-shirt to wear home following surgery. As soon as they would let me dress, I put on my Holo T-shirt, and pulled it down over the incision. Then, over my underpants, I pulled on my new Holofiber tights.
All discomfort vanished immediately!
I could tell I'd had surgery as I climbed into my daughter's car for the drive home, but experienced no discomfort, once I was settled in the car. We did stop to get my prescription for pain med filled, but I knew I would not need it. I have experienced absolutely NO pain or discomfort at all since surgery, and my healing has been phenomenol! I saw my surgeon yesterday for (2-week) post-surgery exam, and he was amazed at my healing! I hardly even have a scar from the incision! I've felt great every day. I'm a little draggy, but thoroughly enjoying my recovery period and following all the rules for taking it easy and not lifting anything heavy.
I wear holofiber tights, T-shirt and socks or sock liners 24 hours a day/night throughout the winter, and credit Holofiber as a major factor in my good health. I wear the glove liners at night and when I go outside. You can believe that I'm wearing it all 24 hours a day following surgery! Recent orders have been for gifts for my family.

I have been wearing Wickers underwear for a few years now
and I want to tell you how pleased I am with the quality of this
American made product. I am a welder and Wickers keep me dry and
comfortable during the Summer and warm when I have to work outside in
the Winter. The durability of these underwear is unmatched by any
product I've used before. As long as there is Wickers, I'll be a Wickers
customer.

on my order. It was delivered very quickly and just in time for more
cold weather. I extremely pleased with the items I ordered. They are
made very well and I especially liked the availability of the women's
small size, which I have never been able to purchase. Your items are

That is where I originally learned about your product, on Modern Marvels. I sweat a lot when I work outside, I always have. Your products just as advertised. I was on a hike this weekend in the mountain around Death Valley. It was warm in the sun, and cool in the shade. With normal cotton underware, I would be wet and cold. With your products, I stay perfectly comfortable. The things the troops in Irag had to say about Wickers is what sold me. I now only buy Wickers t-shirts and underware.

I became reacquainted with Wickers last year and now I
don't want to wear anything else. Your silkweight products don't even
feel like I'm wearing anything and your Expedition weight is soft and
comfortable. Underclothing that doesn't say Wickers just isn't Wickers.
Keep up the good work. It's pleasing to wear an American-made product
of such high quality with no compromises.

For years I bought what I suspect was the same product made by you but sold at Cabela’s and was very satisfied until they apparently changed suppliers and tried to continue to make the customer think it was the same, which it was not. I just receive my first wicker light weight thermal top.
It is more than what I imagine in a thermal. I was shopping for
thermals for my family which would meet their activies needs and
mine:ie, hiking, camping and a 365 day cylist like myself. I heard the
name Wicker on the history channel. I checked your on=line company and
was impressed with the wealth of information you provide for your
product. I even e-mailed a question concerning if the sizes were true.
I recieved an immediated response and my order came really quick. I will
be placing another order soon for several tops & pants for myself as
well as for my family. I will recommend your company for any and all
persons who want a superior thermal/ base wear

Just wanted to say I am thoroughly impressed with your V neck Shirt. I am a Florida State Trooper in south Florida and it gets very hot and humid. Cotton shirts at the end of my shift are soaked. Its comfort is superb and the ordering and shipping experience (including an exchange for correct size)was such a breeze. i recently wore the expedition thermals for snowmobiling in New Hampshire, the temp was -8. i was warm and extremely comfy. I've tried several types of thermals and none can compare to Wickers.

On Friday January 20, 2006, my brother-in-law Jim, was helping a friend with some logging a little more than a mile into the snowy woods. The temperature was about 24 degrees. A freak incident happened where the tree swung around, and caught Jim's left leg. The leg was snapped below the knee and the ankle was shattered. It was over 2 1/2 hours before he was being transported to an emergency room at a hospital.
In the ER they had to cut off his boot, sock, Wickers Holofiber Sock Liner, along with his outer pant, and his Wickers Expedition Weight Pant. The attending emergency personnel were completely astonished how warm his foot and leg were. They were expecting the worse, possible hypothermia of the leg and foot, because of temperature and time lapse
Jim's orthopedic surgeon credits the protection of the Wickers Wear products, from keeping an extremely bad injury, to something worse.
Jim's Wicker Wear products were a Christmas present from my wife and me. Never have we spent money on a product and have it pay back such dividends.
Keep making such a fine American Product.
(Editor's note: Jim is 62 and his prognosis at this time is excellent)

On behalf of Boy Scout Troop 142 I want to extend our thanks to you and your company for the generous donation for our Winter Camping Seminar. It could not have happened without the items that were donated by companies such as yours. I believe the Scouts learned quite a bit about the outdoors and winter precautions in particular. And when we gave away some of the items at the end, there were some very happy boys.
I honestly hope that when it comes time to buy their personal gear and supplies that they remember to visit those who sponsored us. I know that I will. It was a long and exhausting task and I received more "no's" than "yes's" but in the end it was worth it and I will be gratefull for those who said, "I will be glad to donate to your Troop". I have 22 people working for me at the golf course, we don't get many real cold days, but the few we do, this underwear is a god send.

Dear Mr. Mazzenga,
I am writing to wish you and your company a Happy New Year.
I purchased a pair of Wicker’s “long johns” in Nov. of 2003 and was so impressed in your product that I decided to buy a set for everyone on both sides of our family for Christmas. Two of our children are heavy equipment operators and the remainder are active outdoor people. I am by nature frugal and though it was a very useful gift. (They all agree!)
I reached Katie Khano by phone and with a very professional and helpful manner, she and I put together an order that exceeded $1,000.00! The order was not categorized and Katie broke it down by size & color and was extremely helpful. I am very impressed with her skills having once managed a clothing store in York Beach, Me. for years.
We discussed the fact that I would pick-up the order at Wolfboro and she would call me later on in the day to insure that the order could be completed. I gave Katie my Visa #”s. She returned by phone and informed me the order would be ready in two days but that Visa rejected the order. This had never happened before and when I spoke with Visa I was informed that I had exceeded my limit by $177.00. On good faith, Katie proceeded with the order and as promised we were in Wolfboro on the agreed day. Katie told us to ask for Dot Hooper once there and she greeted us warmly and stated she was the plant manager.
In her office all packed in a box was our order and after our business was conducted she asked to our amazement if we would like a tour of the plant! We were given a top-flight tour of Wickers from beginning to end and were very impressed with Dot and your operations there. We were treated like V.I.P’s, an experience neither on of us will ever forget!
Not only is your product top-shelf but your employees are well above average.
When a question was put to her, Dot said that you were a wonderful man and as an employer, you were very good to your 60+ workers. As so much indifference is the rule, it is a breath of fresh air to know that you appreciate your employees as you well should, and they; you.
Dear Mr. Mazzenga, as so much industry is leaving America, I applaud you sir for your decision to remain here, for producing such a fine product, for looking after your employees and your faith in American workers.
I am more than willing and very proud to buy an American product and I thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to do so!

I just received (and washed) my new boxers. Can these be real? It as if I, (pardon the familiarity), have NOTHING ON!! Could this be the FREEDOM, spoken of in the Declaration og Independence? I am a rural mail carrier in Iowa. I drive 150 miles a day with my window open, so my heater doesn't help much. I have used Damart for years, and nearly went into mourning when I found out they no longer sold in the US. I purchased 3 sets of your midweight tops and bottoms, and also received an expedition weight balaclava. The midweight suits works well as I wear them indoors for about 2 hours before going on the road for another 6 hours. I don't get overheated in the office, but am comfortable on the road. The REAL star, though, is the balaclava. I put it on when I leave the office, and wear it ALL DAY. I have several Damart hoods and balaclavas, but yours beats the Damart WITHOUT question.
I sincerely hope you will continue in business at least as long as I am delivering the mail.
